Shipping & Returns


Products sold through our website are subject to the shipping conditions selected by the customer and the freight forwarder used for the shipment will depend on the country of destination. 

Delivery time frames: 

1. Stock Orders: up to 7 to 10 Business Days. 

2. Pre-orders: from 20 to 30 Business Days. 


- We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed, if you wish to change the shipping address, please contact 

- As soon as the payment is approved and the order is dispatched, Maygel Coronel will notify the customer via email with the tracking number and expected delivery date of their order. 

- If the order fails to deliver because there was no one to receive the package at destination, a second attempt will be made within the next three days. If a second attempt fails, please contact, otherwise the order will be considered cancelled and there will be no compensation. 

- If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact

- Maygel Coronel is not responsible of additional charges generated for taxes, duties, and/or international processing. 


- Orders can be returned within 15 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for exchanges or price-matching within this time frame. 

 *We currently do not offer full refunds.* 

- Maygel Coronel is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. 

- We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost. 

To process your Exchange or Price-matching, please follow these steps: 

1. Email within the next 15 business days after receiving the product, telling us the reason for your return, and requesting either an exchange of products or the price-matching option (store credit). 

2. After the email is reviewed by Maygel Coronel, the customer will receive an email with the instructions to follow. 

3. The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused, in its original packaging with tickets and labels. Our quality control team will confirm the product’s conditions are approved. 

4. We will proceed with the option chosen by the client. 


Our products have a 3-month Guarantee from the receipt of shipment. After this time, merchandise claims are not accepted for any reasons. In the event of a guarantee claim, our quality department will proceed to review it and we will respond within 8 business days. (See requirements for returns & exchanges).

In the unforeseen event of an order cancellation from our end, the customer will be notified, and the purchase will be refunded. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the refund. If you made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact within the next 24 hours of submitting the order. if the payment was made via PAYPAL, AFTERPAY or AUTHORIZE.NET, the customer will assume commission costs generated.
